Stephanie Reed Residential has over 10 years experience predominantly in Lettings.
First and foremost, we take on properties which are suitable for letting. We would not consider taking on a property, in our opinion which is sub-standard. If it was, we would put our recommendations forward and trust that the prospective Landlord would take our advice and put the required works in hand. Once the work has been completed we will be happy to be invited back to re-assess the property and market it on their behalf.
We take pride in selecting our tenants and believe due to our thoroughness in our preliminary work secures the Landlord, Tenant and Agent a long and respectful tenancy.
